Managing wallet transactions shouldn’t be a maze. Now, instead of displaying all expenses in one line, we’ve broken them out so you can see exactly where the money’s going. Each item - whether it's Allowances, Budgets, or Rewards - gets its own row. This means you can breeze through reports without having to hunt for details.
What’s new:
- Before: Everything mixed into one total.
- After: Clear breakdowns, for example:
- £200 for "Monthly Allowance"
- £45 for "Learning & Development"
- £100 for "Coffee Budget"

Transaction values: Simple, clear, and straightforward
We’ve cleaned up the numbers. Here’s how:
- Spending: Positive values, so they’re easy to spot.
- Refunds: Negative values, so there’s no surprises.
- Reimbursements: Positive if Ben refunds directly to the employee on your behalf, negative if the amount needs to be refunded to the employee via salary.
No more confusing figures. Just quick, easy-to-understand transactions.

Right time transaction visibility
We’ve upgraded the timing system. Now, your reports show the exact moment the funds moved - not when they were just approved. This means fewer last-minute changes and more reliable payroll.
Allowances and salary deductions are crystal clear
Tracking allowances and salary deductions is now a breeze. The exact deductions are shown clearly in your reports as individual columns, so you’ll always know what’s been spent and how.
Streamlined report layout
We’ve made sure the important info is easy to find. With updated column names and an improved order, you’ll see the key details first - no more digging around.
- 'Type' is now 'Item'
- 'Benefit Name' is now 'Item description'
- Columns have been reordered to highlight the most useful information first, improving readability and efficiency.
