Most employees form a view of their benefits in seconds, before they've clicked anything. The first screen they land on in their employee benefits platform does a lot that work. So we've made it yours to build.
A homepage you can shape
Ben's homepage is now a fully configurable system. You can shape what employees see when they land on the platform: the structure, the content, the groupings, and how it all looks, within a guard-railed framework that keeps the experience coherent.
Different organisations run their benefits programmes differently. Some lead with allowances. Others have a rich benefits catalogue that deserves to be front and centre. Others want to draw attention to a specific product area or piece of content. Our aim is to give benefits leaders the tools to market their programme, without needing the marketing team to go with it.
See a standard homepage become a branded, intentional front door, with the content you want employees to see first, in the order you want them to find it.
Build it from blocks
It's built from composable blocks: carousels, featured tiles, lists, grids. Each one is designed around a specific employee job, rather than just displaying available content. You choose which blocks appear and in what order, and how benefits, allowances, resources, and other content are grouped and labelled.
If you'd like to start configuring your homepage, get in touch with the Ben team and we'll set it up with you.
Make it look like you
You control how the overall page looks and feels: your colours, your branding, a background that's yours. No generic defaults, and no empty white space where content should be, so employees truly feel the investment you put into them.

Talk to the right people
You can target content at specific employee cohorts, so the right messages reach the right people. A new joiner, a new parent, or a team in one market that now sees what's meant for them, rather than a one-size-fits-all banner.

The first step towards building a homepage unique to each employee
A configurable homepage is the foundation, not the finish line. We built it as a composable system for a reason: it's what lets the homepage become genuinely personal to each employee, surfacing what's relevant to them at the moment it matters, rather than showing everyone the same thing. That's the direction we're building in, and AI is central to it.

Benefit pages designed for clarity and action
Click into a benefit and you'll see the second half of the release.
Benefit pages used to read like admin. Key details sat low down, everything competed for attention, and the next step wasn't always clear. We've rebuilt them to surface the most important information first, so employees can find what's relevant to them and act on it sooner.

Key information first
Key information now leads the page, with hero imagery up top and far less clutter below, built to be scanned first and read second.
One clear next step
Actions sit in one place instead of scattered down the page, so the next step is obvious, and pricing context sits where people expect to find it.
Feature cards that make the case for you
A single benefit usually holds far more than its name suggests. Ben's AI reads your benefit documents and pulls out the individual features that tend to sit buried in the fine print, then highlights them right on the page. Employees can see exactly what's included, and what it's worth to them, at a glance.
