Powered by Octopus Group, amicable is a free-to-employer benefit that gives employees discreet, compassionate guidance during separation. We aim to minimise the impact on the individual, limiting workplace disruption and supporting talent retention.
How does it work?
We help couples who are married or cohabiting in England & Wales, with or without children. We support with the legal, financial, and other practical aspect of separation, such as co-parenting or co-petting.
We work with both members of the couple, helping them navigate the transition as a team, without solicitors. Our unique approach reduces conflict and ensures kinder, more affordable outcomes.
At no cost to employers, we can offer the following perks to employees:
1) Free separation guidance
Employees can benefit from free, 30-minute consultations, with or without their partner. During, we ask them about their circumstances, they get to ask questions, and get initial guidance from a Specialist.
2) A 5% discount on services
Should they wish to continue with one of our paid services, they can benefit from a 5% discount.
3) Access to helpful content, resources, and tools
Whether they’re in the early or more advanced stages of their separation, helpful resources and tools are available through free 90-day trials for the following:
